  1. Q: When will I receive my headphones?

    A: Due to COVID-19 and local closures of non-essential businesses, please expect delays in receiving your OH Henry! Headphones that may extend past the 4-6 week window provided.

  2. Q: How many sets of headphones can I get?

    A: There is a limit of one (1) set of headphones per person per email address. A person may only use one (1) email address to participate. While supplies last.

  3. Q: Which HERSHEY'S products do I need to purchase to qualify for the Reward?

    A: See list of participating products.

  4. Q: Do I need to purchase all five (5) qualifying products in one transaction?

    A: No, you can purchase participating HERSHEY'S products in as many individual purchases (up to five) required to reach your goal of five (5) qualifying products during the offer period (March 1, 2020 – June 3, 2020).

  5. Q: How many times can I submit the same valid receipt?

    A: You can submit a valid receipt only once.

  6. Q: Why does it say to upload each receipt separately?

    A: If you upload more than one receipt in a single submission, your submission will be rejected.

  7. Q: How do I know if my receipt submission has been received?

    A: Each time you upload a sales receipt, you will receive a confirmation number on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk folders or any other folder that your email provider may have automatically set up within your account or you can visit the offer website and check the status of your requests by logging into your profile.

  8. Q: What happens after I submit my receipt?

    A: The receipt will be reviewed and will either be approved or declined within 7 days. Keep your receipt(s) until you receive your Reward(s) through the mail.

  9. Q: When does the offer end?

    A: The last day that you can purchase a participating HERSHEY'S product(s) is on June 3, 2020.

  10. Q: When is the last day to submit the receipt?

    A: The last day to submit your receipt is June 10, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM (EST).

  11. Q: How do I submit an entry from an online retailer?

    A: Any consumer who purchases, participating product(s) from an online retailer, must submit a photograph of the Shipping confirmation receipt and NOT an order confirmation webpage or email, order summary webpage or email, order details webpage or email. A Shipping confirmation receipt must include the following details (order number, date your order was placed, date your order was shipped, quantity of participating product(s) purchased, total dollar value of participating product(s) purchased, payment details, billing address, and shipping address).

*Promotion starts 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2020, and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 3, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). Purchase any 5 Hershey Products to receive one (1) set of wireless headphones (approx. retail value $40.00 CAD) (the “Reward”). Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 10, 2020. Must be a legal resident of Canada and be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. Valid during the Promotion Period or while supplies last, whichever is earlier.
